Delivery
- Within Qatar: 1–2 working days. Free on orders over 500 QAR, otherwise 25 QAR.
- Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.
- Cash on delivery is available within Qatar.
Exchanges & returns
- Unworn pieces in their original condition with tags can be exchanged for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us through the contact page or by phone and we will collect the piece from your address within 1–2 days.
- Pieces altered to a custom length can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.

You will receive a confirmation email, then another email when the order ships with the delivery details.
